the location was perfect and magnificent, in near area in brewery, and my bed was comfortable. what's more, it was next to bus / train station, and the town centre. my guest room was air conditioned and warm enough. had breakfast in the garden.

Everything here is really great! I had a wonderful stay in this charming town. the breakfast was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. the rooms were beautifully decorated and even had a lovely terrace. 😊.

had restful stay in a fairy tale town, the staff were amicable, location was particularly good near by the bus stop. i greatly enjoyed amazing breakfast selection. location: the hotel was near main attractions, both bus station and the garden and the garden itself. being very close to dobra cajovna was nice, i had dinner there.

Its location was magnificent, near all main sites + the bus station. We had lunch at nearby Sparky's Grill, tried their fast food options.

The breakfast was marvellous and served. The room I got was well-kept with enjoy coffee at, view of the garden. The hotel was located in the center of the city.

Hotel was in excellent location, near tbus stop to train and close to all sights. Very good facilities, breakfast in room. Separate bedroom/ sitting room/bathroom.

The room was a suite. Nice surprise! They brought our breakfast up to us promptly at the requested time. The hotel was nice and quite though it was in "old town".

Cute, clean, and comfy accommodation with a convenient location near the town center. Spacious room with a luxurious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast in the lovely garden. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

hot water does not hot and efficent enough to give people to have a bath

Right under the castle, Ametyst yet was very quiet and just beautifully and comfortably equipped. We had a 2 room apt. With a huge deep bathtub looking out over the gardens. Breakfast served in the room. Minutes walk from everything--though it is a small town. Wish I could have stayed a week.

Literally cannot think of any improvements to be made.

Recently refurbished rooms with enjoy coffee at and castle view. Friendly staff. - the hotel provides fresh bread and eggs for breakfast. - the food is appetizing. - Amazing breakfast choices.

Breakfast was very very nice. Staff was helpful when you could find them.

The toilet was loose and rocked and made loud thumps when you sat down. The staff was hard to find. And one day they left the food tray in the room practically all day and did not make the bed up that day. Finally, they use a bottom sheet on the bed that only covers from edge to edge the top of the mattress. There is nothing to keep the sheet in place and it moves, leaving you sleeping on the bed pad.
